Refund policy

Digital crochet PDF patterns

Once you have given the required consent and the digital pattern has been supplied (download link provided or file made available), you do not have a right to cancel the contract for change of mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You retain your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a digital pattern is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a particular purpose you made known to us, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or a price reduction (which can include a full refund in appropriate circumstances). Please contact us promptly with details of the issue and we will assess it in line with your statutory rights.

We do not offer any additional voluntary change-of-mind refund or return window for digital patterns beyond your statutory rights.

Physical yarn

You have a 14-day right to cancel your order for physical yarn for any reason (change of mind) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within that period and return the unused yarn in substantially the same condition within a further 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

In addition, if the yarn is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include the short-term right to reject (within 30 days), repair, replacement, or a price reduction/refund.

We do not offer any additional voluntary change-of-mind return window beyond the legal minimum.
